"Very awful customer service"
Very awful customer service

I have been a happy vice golf ball supporter for 4 years now, however I noticed an issue with my latest order (5 dozen) I put in a request to exchange what I have and they tell me because I'm outside the 30 days it cannot be exchanged. Something about automated system.

Maybe if I put something up here they will look at charging some policies and bring them in to the modern ages.

"Worst customer service experience ever"
Worst customer service experience ever. If you want to loose money, Buy here. They promise to get back to you on Monday, Havent heard anything. Its been 3 weeks now. Multiple emails no reply. Even tried to call the number. Nobody picks up the phone. Will go to my card supplier and get money back. And will send invoices for my time and eventually claim that with a debt collector if its not paid.

"Not shipping from the US"
The website makes it seem like their shipping from the US and the invoice they send has a NEW YORK address! This is false my item was in processing for 12+ days and then I find out it’s being shipped from GERMANY! If you have months to wait for your item great if not you’ll be waiting a looong time

"I have used Vice Pro balls for over 4…"
I have used Vice Pro balls for over 4 years and believe they are not only the best ball I have ever played, but are easily the best value for money too.
I have 100-105 mph driver swing and hit these same distance as a ProV1 with a better feel with irons - especially with wedges.
Also feel much better off the putter IMO.
Can't comment on US service levels as live in UK and my orders come from Germany, but if you want a great ball and don't want to fund an army of poor hard done by PGA tour pros, just try them.

"No More Vice Golf Balls for me."
Purchased a order of six boxes of Vice Golf balls. I live in New England and the order went missing in Memphis Tennessee never to be heard from again. Vice refused to send a replacement until such a time as Fed Ex settled the claim. There I sat without my favorite golf balls. Time went by and I put in a complaint to my card company and they investigated. Shortly thereafter Vice credited my card. I will never ever order from them again. Their golf balls are great but customer service is horrible. The right and proper thing to do was to replace the order immediately not wait until Fed Ex decided to process and okay the claim. Callaway is right here in New England and they were more than happy to process my golf ball orders with reliable delivery. Order was actually in the Spring of this year. Exact date not sure of at this time. Callaway Super Soft is my new go to ball.

"Don’t stand behind their product"
Purchased their glove from Walmart and the stitching started to rip out after 1 round. Their customer support said there product warranty is not valid unless the item is purchased directly from them. Authorized resellers do no have product warranty

"Terrible service"
No customer care at all,
ordered weeks ago, have been given delivery dates and nothing showed up, emailed vice and couldn't care less just told sorry its on its way not in the slightest bit bothered that the delivery's hasn't turn up,

"Absolutely the worst customer service"
Absolutely the worst customer service! They don't even deserve 1/2 a star. My 1st purchase was in Dec 21, custom golf balls, after 2 months of back and forth with customer service . I gave up! I like the balls, so decided to purchase more custom GBalls. Purchase went thru, but month laters still haven’t received any product. Emailed customer service who told me they were stuck in customs and I needed to contact the carrier…. 🤬. Requested a full refund which I received within a week. Get this , I ask customer service to research both my cases , no reply and suspect CS closed my case. I’m looking for a email address of a executive to share my frustration.

"Absolutely shocking service"
Absolutely shocking service! They don't even deserve 1 star. Purchased a golf bag for my partner and after a few uses the stand no longer stayed in place and so the bag kept falling over. Emailed Vice and they requested I send a video of the issue. Went to the bother of filming the problem but the file was too big to send. Vice then told me o send photos, however I managed to edit the video and send to them. They said the did not receive it. So I sent some photos, but they did not reply to that email or the next few emails I sent. Six weeks later still no response so I have completed a Section 75 with my credit card. Been a customer for years, but will definitely not purchase from them again!

"Customer service is terrible"
Customer service is terrible! I ordered 5 dozen balls. They had no problem taking my money, however I have not received the order and no one will return call from customer service.

"Have now become expensive"
I really like the golf balls Vice produce and was buying them due to being able to save money through online purchase. However the company have now increased their prices dramatically and they are around the same price as other premium balls on the market. I will now be using the brand I used to use before Vice.

"Three Weeks and no delivery, and no customer service"
It is three weeks since my order of 60 Vice golf balls, and the order is yet to be delivered and customer service are not responding to my emails and will not refund me when it is fairly clear from the tracking link that the product is lost in transit.

Very disappointing that a. the product has not been delivered but at least that is understandable. More disappointing that Vice golf customer service is holding my money, not responding to my emails for over a week now and doesn't seem to care that their product isn't being delivered to their customers.
